We supplied two designers that worked together with other contractors in squad teams to redesign all customers conversion journeys; New, Returning, Collect From Store & Deliver to home journeys. It includes initiatives such as Guest Checkout, Page Checkout and bag redesigns. We started with a lot of research into the existing site and gathered data to understand customers' pain points.
