We assembled a team of freelancers from our collective to develop a new web application and the entire end-to-end ecosystem supporting the Pop & Rest pods. Additionally, we furnished a freelancer to manage digital campaigns, SEO, and strategic partnerships.

Pop & Rest's innovative sleep pods offer a seamless booking and check-in experience for customers. To achieve this, we developed a customized system that enables flexible reservations, secure access, and room tracking. Additionally, we provided Pop & Rest with high-level strategic guidance on fundraising, growth planning, and maintaining an agile approach to product development.

We ran user research, including many tests in London Pop & Rest sleep pod spaces. We had to define the customer journey, pain points/trigger points, and how the brand should be perceived in the marketplace.

the process

We operated in a lean startup fashion, continually designing, building, and testing with users to improve our products. The work is complex due to the ecosystem's demands for data intelligence and a robust architecture capable of managing bookings, room allocation, and controlling hundreds of smart devices.
